Wholeness
What do I mean by wholeness, as it is used in “A Course in Forgiveness”?
Wholeness is an experience of feeling and knowing that we are in the Eternal Now, in touch with What Is and, therefore, in touch with all of creation. Nothing more is needed. We are utterly at peace with What Is.
Our health, in our human form, relies upon us to be participating with the Eternal Now as much as possible. We are more able to participate when we release limiting thoughts that arise from Ego-Consciousness. Ego-Consciousness is neither good nor bad, It just Is. Our task is to know It for what It Is, and to understand how It can limit our awareness of the Eternal Now or the present moment.
Why is this important? The Eternal Now, this moment, is all that is real, and it thrives with all the energy (love) and information that you need to be whole. Our physical form, as human Beings, requires its connection to the Now to access all of the potential healing energy and information that we need. Otherwise, we are limited to how deeply our healing and wholeness can go.
Reflect on this for a moment: every breath that you take is an inspiration of that life force energy (love) and information. Each breath washes through you with everything you are to renew you to peace and wholeness. Both inward and outward breaths create a tide of healing, much like the tides of the seas, the sway of trees in the wind, and other similar manifestations in life. The pattern is the same – sway with the breath (wind) of life, in and out.
When we forgive, we are releasing ourselves from the restrictions of our suffering in order to engage those vital energies of life and take ourselves into the Eternal Now more consciously. In doing this, we are also increasing our awareness of the inherent truth of who we are: Eternal Divine Beings or Divine Eternal Beings. It does not matter how you say it, it’s the meaning that’s important.
Releasing what we no longer need is vital to our well-Being. That is so because we, and all of life, are in continuous motion and creation; chaos and change; new life unfolding. Nothing stays the same for the most important reason that we are all made whole in the continuous process of renewal.
It can be very frightening to let go, to release, or to give over. We often have become so used to what our experience is that it unsettles us to consider change. But know that nothing, not one part of our existence, stays the same. We, and all of life, are evolving, all of the time as one beautiful and continuous stream of creativity.
Try to embrace the paradox that we release; change to become whole. Realize and accept that something falling apart is actually a step towards becoming whole. You, and all of creation, are that wholeness; all of creation rejoices in you.
Celebrating the Eternal Divine You, always, Bobbi
