Welcome to "A Course In Forgiveness"

We are all born Divine Eternal Beings. But because of the challenges that we face, as we walk along on our journey, we can often lose our way. And as we write our own life stories, we can forget who we really are. The challenges we encounter may be positive or negative, beneficial or harmful. Some are within our ability to control; some are completely out of our control. When we are forced to tackle challenges that cause us harm, whether from the action of others, or ourselves, or from situations we find ourselves in, it is all too easy to experience emotions that take over so that the harm done to us recurs and leads us to hold on to it. This causes us to forget our Divinity.

A Course in Forgiveness is dedicated to providing a safe route to forgiveness, discovering the value of forgiving and enabling us to benefit from it. My focus is to invite and guide us to shift our awareness about the harm that we have experienced (whether caused by ourselves, others, or situations), transmute our pain and release our suffering, so that we reawaken our Divinity, foster our growth, and create endless possibilities in the Eternal Now.

My approach to support individuals stems from the belief that we are all Divine Eternal Beings. I present an energy-based body/mind paradigm to lead you toward your wholeness and wellbeing. Within our Divinity there is an incredible strength that, at times, we may not be able to see, remember or even believe exists.  My work is to escort and revitalise individuals, to help us forgive the harm that has been done to us and find our Divinity again; only then can we continue to venture out on our journey to the Eternal Now.

The ‘Rules’ Of Forgiveness – Forgive Only When It Is Safe To Do So

  • Forgive when it is right for you, and for you alone.
  • Don’t place yourself or others at risk in order to forgive.
  • You need never have a direct encounter with the perpetrators of harm.
  • You do not require any acknowledgement or co-operation from those who have harmed you.
  • Forgiving may be done as a choice to forgive and then as the act of forgiving.
  • Forgiving may be done silently within us, with or without recognition of the support of A Higher Power of Our Understanding.
" Eternal life is realized when the last trace of difference between the “I” and “now” has vanished - when there is just this “now” and nothing else."

Alan W. Watts (The Wisdom of Insecurity – A Message for an Age of Anxiety, 1951)

How to Forgive

Forgiving doesn’t make the harm done to you or others acceptable or excusable. It means that you are in control; you are at peace with it and the harm is not permitted to continue.

It’s time to move forward: embrace forgiveness and heal yourself. A Course in Forgiveness is there to help you to grow your spiritual practice of forgiveness in many ways.

  • Embrace the idea that there may be mysteries beneath those which we see on the surface.
  • Release the guilt, shame, and self-loathing that you carry.
  • Release the pain and suffering that you experienced towards a person or a situation
  • Remember that those who have harmed you have forgotten their Divinity and acted in accordance with their own loss.
  • Remember that there is a mystery to all things in creation for which you are a part of, but not entirely aware of.
  • Remember that, in some mysterious way, the people and situations in your life are part of the life story that you have created for yourself for some sacred purpose, as far-fetched and even painful as that may seem in the now.
  • Remember that the harm done to you or others may have a sacred purpose beyond that which you currently understand.

"A Course in Forgiveness" will help you rediscover your Divinity.
